CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – One person was rushed to the hospital after a reported water rescue in east Charlotte on Thursday night.
The rescue happened shortly before 11 p.m. on July 16, on Powell Road near the Robinson Church Road-Hood Road intersection.
