CLARK COUNTY, Ind. (WAVE) – The fallout from the Jamey Noel saga continued Thursday in Clark County. Attorneys argued over a YouTube video and whether there are grounds to remove a special prosecutor from the John Miller case due to a conflict of interest.
Miller is a former Clark County Board member charged with felony conflict of interest over his ties to the former Clark County sheriff.
