Change in Escambia County transportation services draws criticism from disabled riders

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A change in transportation services for some of Escambia County’s most vulnerable residents is drawing criticism.

A new provider is taking over the state’s “Transportation Disadvantaged Program.” Some riders are being left behind.
