A carbon monoxide poisoning incident in North Toledo has claimed a fifth life, the family has said.
Celeste McAllister said Friday that her 4-year-old grandson, Legacy Simmons-Tisdale, had died. His death follows that of his brother Stone Coleman, 2, on Thursday; his sisters Liberty Simmons-Tisdale, 4, and Storm Coleman, 3, and his grandmother Candace McAllister, 36, on Wednesday.
