Appeal filed in Shanquella Robinson wrongful death lawsuit

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – One of the women accused of killing Shanquella Robinson in October 2022 filed an appeal against a judge’s ruling to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit.

On June 30, E’mani Green, filed an appeal against a decision made by Mecklenburg County Superior Court Judge Matthew Osman on June 1, according to court documents. Osman denied a motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit filed against Green.

Green claimed that she was not properly served and the limitations had expired. Green asked for the North Carolina Court of Appeals to review that decision…
