GLENVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A drive-thru bakery is gearing up to officially open its doors in Glenville. Scotia Sweets will celebrate its opening day on Monday.

Owner Leigh Baker first launched Scotia Sweets as an at-home business during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2024, she secured plansto expand the business into a brick-and-mortar location.
Now, after two years in the works, her new storefront will be located at 35 Freemans Bridge Road, taking over the former space of Sky Port Diner.
