ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Albany Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Quail Street Saturday morning. An investigation is underway.

Firefighters were dispatched to the scene, located on the 200 block of Quail Street between Jay Street and Hudson Avenue, just after 7:50 a.m. Upon arrival, officials reportedly found a small fire in the backyard that extended to the outside back portion of several buildings.
The fire was under control by about 8:07 a.m., according to the fire department. However, code enforcement officials reportedly deemed the building unsafe to re-enter, temporarily displacing its three residents.
