Rally’s- Granite City

  • 10 (Pf) Hand sinks Shall be provided liquid soap. Reference 6-301.11 HAND SINK IN BATHROOM AND IN KITCHEN OUT OF SOAP. REPLENISHED DURING INSPECTION, CORRECTED.
  • 53 (C) Restroom does not have a tight-fitting and self-closing door. All toilet rooms located within a food establishment must be enclosed with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. Reference 6-202.14. RESTROOM DOOR IS DRAGGING AGAINST FLOOR AND HAS TO BE FORCED SHUT. REPAIR/REPLACE DOOR SO THAT IT IS SELF CLOSING AND TIGHT FITTING.
  • 55 (C) The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment. This includes equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. Reference 6-501.114. BROKEN/UNUSED EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN TO BE REMOVED FROM FACILITY I.E, UNUSED WARMER, SODA MACHINE.
  • 56 (C) Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Reference 6-501.14. CEILING VENTS ABOVE PREP AREA OBSERVED WITH DUST BUILD UP. ALL CEILING VENTS TO BE FREE OF DUST/DEBRIS.
