MILWAUKEE– 23-year-old Dayton Milligan was sentenced to 30 years in prison, followed by 15 years of extended supervision for his role in a deadly street racing crash.
According to the criminal complaint, Milligan hit and killed Milwaukee Emergency Medical Technician Meng Kue while street racing on 76th Street in Milwaukee in January 2023. Data showed that Milligan was driving over 100 miles per hour in a 35-mph speed limit zone.
Kue was driving across the intersection at 76th and Glendale when Milligan hit Kue’s car, killing Kue. Milligan fled the scene and was arrested the following day…
