NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Amid the multistate outbreak of cyclosporiasis, an infection that affects the gastrointestinal system that’s linked to the parasite cyclospora, Nashvillians may be looking for safe ways to consume fruits and vegetables.
According to national health experts, some of the foods linked to the parasitic outbreak include berries, lettuce and other leafy greens like cilantro.
