BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — Two suspects wanted on arrest warrants in connection with a kidnapping out of Rhode Island were arrested Sunday evening after leading police on a chase and fleeing with two children.
Shortly before 4 p.m. on July 19, Essex Precinct officers were alerted by Maryland State Police about a felony vehicle in their district with two suspects wanted on arrest warrants, authorities said.
