MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WZTV) — As Middle Tennessee continues to grow, cities across the region are facing increasingly difficult questions: Where should new housing go, and how do communities make sure roads, drainage and emergency access keep pace with that growth?
Those questions took center stage Thursday night in Mount Juliet as the city’s Planning Commission considered a proposal for the Golden Bear Townhome Development, a project that would add 127 townhomes near Beckwith Road.
