A New York man who fought state troopers at a traffic stop — while in possession of cocaine and an illegal gun, has been sentenced to prison, authorities said.
Isiah Cherry, 22, got five years behind bars after pleading guilty to second-degree weapons possession and second-degree attempted assault, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
