GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Two Greensboro developers are making a big investment in building a mixed-use commercial and residential area in southeastern Guilford County, along Woody Mill Road and Liberty Road.
Simpson Commercial Real Estate and Brown Investment Properties are working together to invest nearly $100 million into the project, saying it’s going to be a critical space ahead of the area’s economic growth.
