Parkland homeowners may not see a millage rate increase in Fiscal Year (FY) 2027.
City Manager Nancy Morando has recommended a millage rate of 4.2979, unchanged for the past six years; however, homeowners could still see higher property taxes because of increased home assessments, according to the Parkland budget book.
