COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is investigating a boating incident that happened on the Congaree River in Richland County on Saturday.
Officials say the operator of a boat was driving recklessly when he lost control, ran aground on a sandbar, hit an unoccupied boat, and injured several people on the sandbar.
The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment; no deaths have been reported at this time…
