PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A man who is accused of striking three Providence police cruisers during a pursuit was arraigned on Monday.
Jonathan Duarte Garcia is facing charges of driving without consent of owner or lessee, duty stop for accident resulting in damage to vehicle, reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, and driving with an expired license or without license.
