WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The new Cheesecake Factory restaurant being built in northeast Wichita will open in early fall.
On Monday, the company said the location at Bradley Fair near 21st Street North and Rock Road will open on Sept. 29. The restaurant’s sign was also installed.
“The Wichita community has been asking for The Cheesecake Factory for years, and it’s incredibly rewarding to finally bring this long-awaited restaurant to the market,” Jessica Branning, Bradley Fair general manager, said in a press release

For Wichita’s restaurant, 290 people will be hired, including line and prep cooks, servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, dishwashers, cashiers and dessert finishers. Applications can be filled out online…
