A flash flood watch is in effect for Bucks County and eastern Montco through 2 a.m. Wednesday, with a potential for high winds and between one and two inches of rain, the National Weather Service said.
“We are actually in what’s called an enhanced risk of severe weather for later today across the entire area. There’s even a small chance of a tornado,” said Lee Robertson, a meteorologist with the weather service in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
