BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — The Birmingham VA Health Care System announced it received additional federal funding for several infrastructure improvement projects during the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 through the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Non-recurring Maintenance program.
