CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Hot and humid conditions will persist through at least midweek ahead of our next storm system!
In the wake of Monday’s sea breeze, slightly higher humidity levels have entered the Lowcountry, and will persist through early this morning. As a result, temperatures will remain stationary in the 70s and lower 80s overnight.
Based on select forecast models, outflow boundaries from last night’s thunderstorms in North Carolina could move into the Lowcountry prior to daybreak. For most, expect to see a few passing clouds by early this morning; however, a few isolated showers and thunderstorms cannot be ruled out along the coast…
