FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – In what was called part of its ongoing commitment to transparency and community partnership, Google provided an update Monday on the utilization of cooling towers as development on the data center at 5801 Adams Center Road continues.
Google told WANE 15 that residents may be seeing water vapor as part of its cooling system for the cooling towers.
“We want to share that this is a water vapor with zero environmental impacts, chemicals, or other emissions coming out of the facility,” reads a statement from a Google representative.
