NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WBKO) – On Thursday, June 25, law enforcement from both Kentucky and Tennessee teamed up to arrest a man they were told had kidnapped a girl from Kentucky.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Eliseo Morales-Cuin. Morales-Cuin is a Guatemalan national and according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), he entered the U.S. illegally somewhere around Hidalgo, Texas when he was 13-years-old.
This all began June 25, when the Kentucky State Police issued a Be on the Look Out (BOLO) alert for a girl who authorities believed had just been kidnapped in the Bluegrass State. Morales-Cuin was believed to be headed to Alabama…
