ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A low-pressure system that impacted Texas last week will start to move up western New Mexico and head to the Four Corners.
The system started Tuesday morning near the bootheel of the state. Combined with a broad high-pressure system in northern Colorado that is pulling in tropical moisture from the Gulf in the mid-levels – and we’ll have fuel for storms.
Some thunderstorms will be able to tap into this moisture and be heavy rainmakers. That could lead to flash flooding potential from the heaviest rain…
