CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – U.S. Coast Guard crews stopped an unmanned vessel they said was circling in Charleston Harbor.
Coast Guard officials said the boat was discovered on Monday.
A good Samaritan rescued one person from the water before Coast Guard crews arrived. No other details about what happened were provided, or whether the individual suffered any type of injury.
