TOWANDA TOWNSHIP, PA (KSEE/KPGE) – A Fresno trucker is in ICE custody after being caught in Pennsylvania with nearly $3 million in stolen powder.
Officers identified the suspect as 31-year-old Deepak Kumar.
According to the arrest record, Kumar was caught hauling 10 pallets of stolen Tungsten Oxide Powder.
