(WGHP) — Various surface features and a slow-moving cold front could bring flooding rains to the Piedmont Triad.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms. A few thunderstorms could produce damaging wind gusts. An isolated tornado can’t be ruled out. A cold front will crawl into North Carolina on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Our focus will go from severe thunderstorms to slow moving thunderstorms producing too much rain.
