LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) — Lebanon City has recently been awarded $1 million from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) to support the construction of a new five-level parking garage.
According to online documents from the Pennsylvania Office of Budget, Lebanon will be converting an existing surface lot into a five-level municipal parking garage.
