A Knoxville man, Mark Tollenaar, was sentenced in Marion County District Court on Thursday following a felony theft charge stemming from a December 2024 incident.
Tollenaar was originally arrested in May 2025 and charged with second-degree theft, a Class D felony, after stealing an e-bike valued at $1,600.
