MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The City of Murfreesboro is only months away from unearthing part of Town Creek.
About 70 years ago, engineers redirected Murfreesboro’s Town Creek to flow underground in concrete culverts and metal pipes from the Murfree Spring Wetlands to Cannonsburgh Village.
This fall, Murfreesboro residents will see and enjoy the creek once the city’s “Daylighting Town Creek” project is finished…
