DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — As Daphne High School students return to campus in just a few weeks, they’ll be welcomed by two new faces.

Dr. Will Duncan is stepping into his new role as principal after serving as the principal at Robertsdale Elementary School for several years; however, Dr. Duncan told News 5 he is not a stranger to the halls at Daphne HS.
“I graduated from Daphne in 1993,” he said. “I love to be able to serve Baldwin County, but coming back to Daphne is specifically special. I mean the chance to come back and give back to the community that was so good to me.”
Just outside the school is another new addition. Standing front and center is a brand-new statue of Daphne’s mascot, a Trojan soldier, serving as a reminder of the pride that has defined Daphne High since 1989…
