A court has issued an arrest warrant for a Nevada man, who officials accused of torturing and killing a kitten inside a San Francisco bank vestibule, after he failed to appear for his scheduled arraignment.
William Ohlson, 33, of Reno had been scheduled to appear Monday in San Francisco Superior Court on two animal cruelty-related charges and a misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer.
Officials at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said in a statement that Ohlson “failed to appear in court for his arraignment on July 20, 2026, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.”…
