GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — A 50-year-old Green Bay man accused of crashing into a state trooper while intoxicated, leading to a 5th OWI arrest, was officially charged on July 20.

Court records show that Jonathon Jeske was sentenced to two years and six months in state prison, followed by three years of extended supervision.
During those three years, Jeske must maintain absolute sobriety and is banned from any place or establishment where alcohol is dispensed, including taverns and liquor stores.
