Boulet administration unveils $830M budget plan for Lafayette Parish

LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — The Boulet administration will present a proposed $830 million Fiscal Year 2026-2027 operating and capital budget to the Lafayette City and Parish Councils, outlining a spending plan focused on transportation, drainage, public safety, parks, and long-term financial stability.

The budget will be introduced during a joint meeting of the Lafayette City and Parish Councils on Tuesday, July 21.
