WICHITA, Kan. — A Kansas teen will learn his fate Tuesday for the death of his 3-week-old daughter.
Zachariah Howard, 19, of Wichita, is scheduled for sentencing hearing before Judge Jeffrey Goering, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
