WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita radio personality JJ Hayes is back in the studio less than a week after undergoing surgery to donate his kidney.
The KFDI host said the procedure in St. Louis was seamless and that his organ is already doing its job for a stranger.
“I was completely at peace with it, and my faith was true in the fact that I knew there was nothing to worry about and I would be taken care of,” he said. “The result, the outcome, solidified that.”
