Prop 123 funds to support 11 new affordable housing developments across Colorado, including one in Colorado Springs

DENVER (KKTV) – Governor Jared Polis, the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), and the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) announced Tuesday the selection of 11 new housing developments that will receive funding from Proposition 123.

According to the governor’s office, recipients are projected to create 728 multi-family rental units.

The projects receiving the funding are in Colorado Springs, Denver, Clifton, Idaho Springs, Wheat Ridge, Leadville and Sterling, officials said…
