DENVER (KDVR) — A police pursuit in Commerce City Tuesday afternoon ended with a crash involving a Regional Transportation District bus in downtown Denver, police say.
According to the Commerce City Police Department, the incident on Tuesday started as a pursuit in connection with an attempted homicide outside a 7-Eleven over the weekend.

Police said they spotted the suspect getting into the passenger side of the blue pickup truck, as the driver took off once officers approached.
The suspect accused of attempted accessory to murder fled officers in Commerce City, and then later crashed their vehicle into an RTD bus at 16th Street and Champa Street in Denver.
