AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Potter County Commissioner Blair Schaffer is inviting residents of Potter and Randall counties to a Town Hall with local and community leaders.
The Community Town Hall is set for Saturday, July 25 at the Travis Middle School 6th Grade Campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ronald McDonald House of Amarillo rallies the community for Family First Giving Day
The Town Hall looks to bring elected officials, neighborhood organizations, and community leaders together with the public in an open environment. Residents will have the chance to hear updates on local projects, learn about community resources, ask questions, and share ideas and concerns.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Blair Schaffer, Potter County Commissioner, Precinct 2
- Warren Coble, Potter County Commissioner, Precinct 4
- Thomas Hover, Amarillo Chief of Police
- Brian Thomas, Potter County Sheriff
- Eastridge Neighborhood Association
- Barrio Neighborhood Planning Committee
