CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (WNYT) — The family of a college student arrested by ICE says agents keep returning to his Clifton Park apartment complex even after his release.
Lynn Tiberio said ICE agents were back at Twin Lakes Apartments again Wednesday morning, watching from the parking lot, driving by and sometimes waving. Tiberio said it was the third time since 22-year-old Johan Sandoval was released on bond that agents had returned. Tibero is the mother of Sandoval’s girlfriend.
