CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A viral video circulating online appears to show a group of women confront a driver who appeared to leave a child in a Tesla with “pet mode” left on in parking garage in Charlotte.
The clip, purportedly taken in a Midtown Charlotte parking garage, has been seen more than 800,000 times on Instagram, sparked debate over whether the driver endangered the child.
