NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A woman was arrested after police found her young child living in unsafe conditions following two welfare checks Tuesday morning.
Desire’ Breazell-Johnson, 32, is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.
Officers responded to an apartment on Pine Ridge Circle around 10:30 a.m. after the property manager reported that a child was left alone.
