RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Construction is about to get underway on Government Road, right next to Chimborazo Park.
The steep stretch was once a primary throughway from Henrico’s East End to the city, but has been closed since November 2023.
Richmond plans to reopen the route once it repairs it, though people living next to it feel like they never got a say in the future of the cracking mess…
