NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A man injured during a shooting inside a North Charleston nightclub is suing the business, its owner and its security company, claiming the violence could have been prevented.
Kevin Evans filed a civil lawsuit against Aqua Lounge, owner Lorenzo Johnson and Johnson Investigation & Security, alleging the defendants failed to provide a safe environment for customers before the June 2025 shooting.
