COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – One in 10 Columbus residents is a military veteran. And thousands are expected to attend the “We Care Vet Fair.” The event, happening July 23-24, will have essential services, benefits and community support all in one place.
There can be hurdles for those who protect our country in getting the benefits they have earned; United Military Care is hosting a one-stop event July 23-24 at the Columbus Civic Center. The free “We Care Vet Fair” is back for a second year, with more than 100 providers there to help veterans, current service members and family members.
