COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — New Horizons is hosting a Recovery on the River, a free event promoting and celebrating recovery from substance use and mental health disorders in our community.
The event will feature a variety of music, food trucks, and individuals living in recovery giving speeches about their journey.
Organizations such as SafeHouse Ministries and House of Time will also be in attendance. There will also be activities for all ages, such as face painting, raffles, line dancing, and games. The first 100 attendees will receive a free t-shirt and a voucher to use at any food truck…
