FWPD officer explains E-bike safety and regulations

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Driving a car on a busy road can be dangerous. But if you’re on an E-bike, you have to be extra careful on the road.

Brock Hassenzahl is a patrolman for the Fort Wayne Police Department downtown district. He said before you buy an E-bike, it’s important to understand the difference between an E-bike and an E-motorcycle.
