A man is missing after entering the Delaware River along Philadelphia’s waterfront Wednesday evening, July 22, police said.
Officers responded at approximately 6:59 p.m. to a report of a person in the water at 101 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd., according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
