Daniel Carrera Estrada, 21, of Norcross, is accused of stunt driving on July 17 at 11:15 p.m. at the Town Center Commons shopping center, 667 Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Estrada was spinning his vehicle in circles, doing donuts and causing his tires to squeal in a parking lot filled with other vehicles. Police, while conducting a search, found an Ace Premium Vapes Signature Bubblegum Burst vape in his pocket. Upon conducting an internet search of the vape, police found the website for Tribal Nation Flower Company, which advised the contents of the vape oil contained 90.1% THC, according to the warrant.
