ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville Police Department said an arrest has been made after officials received multiple reports of a naked man trying to break into homes.
According to the department, over the past several months, the reports were made in the Deer Lake Drive area.
Police said around 12:09 a.m. on July 20, officers were called to the area to investigate a report of indecent exposure, Upon arrival, they found a man named Raymond Steven Young walking around while naked.
Young was taken into custody and confirmed to be the man from prior reports. Officials said he has been charged with the following:
- (2 counts) Attempted first degree burglary
- Secret peeping
- Indecent exposure
- Second-degree trespassing
The department said Young was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under no bond…
